A prizewinner at Gŵyl Cerdd Dant, Aberystwyth, 2025, and composed by Ann Hopcyn, this is an interesting contemporary solo for the pedal harp based on the Welsh folk song ‘Marwnad yr Ehedydd’ (‘The Lark’s Elegy’), reputed to date from the late Medieval period. Duration c. 4'30".
